In this special interview, I'm interviewing my podcast manager of two years, Dana Drahos!

Dana ditched corporate America life in July 2018 for the adventure of a lifetime, moving abroad to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam. She started out teaching English, and over the past three years has gone on a wild ride of finding her passion, starting her own podcast Creators in Saigon, healing from childhood trauma, and discovering herself.

She has just gotten certified as a Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach and is dedicated to helping women overcome their PMS symptoms like bad cramps, heavy bleeding, acne, migraines, mood swings, etc. through nutrition and lifestyle changes (yes, it's possible!).

In this episode, we interview Dana to talk about:

  • What events lead up to her decision to actually quit her job and move to Vietnam
  • Why she chose Vietnam and what steps she took to get there
  • What it was like when she first got there
  • Her path from teaching, to starting her own podcast, to producing podcasts for clients (like Melissa), and now moving into helping women balance their hormones through nutrition
  • Her tips for the first steps women can take to reducing their PMS symptoms
  • Some of her Gumball Guy experiences and how working on Gumball Love for the past two years has personally helped her

This episode is for you If you're:

  • Struggling to find what you're passionate about
  • Hating your job but too scared to leave
  • Have always wanted to live abroad
  • Struggling with PMS symptoms (heavy bleeding, mood swings, bad cramps, acne, migraines, etc.)

Feel free to message Dana if this story has inspired you or if you have any more questions for her. She also shares a lot about health and wellness in her Instagram stories!
