64: Told she was dying at 28 and growing ever since (& breath-work bonus) - with Nora Logan
Manage episode 322031192 series 3250592
Breath work, meditation and nutrition guide and liver transplant recipient Nora Logan was told ‘you are dying’ by a Doctor at age 28. Nora spent 3 years recovering and has been healing, growing and supporting others to do the same ever since.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀:
🔸Nora experienced 3 near death experiences and 3 years recovering from liver failure
🔸She survived the cataclysmic event which changed her growth trajectory
🔸She stepped away from her TV career working on a top US show
🔸She focused on healing and becoming a healer
🔸She reminds us that ‘opting in’ to organ donation can save up to 9 lives
🔸She shares her breath work practice on this episode (mini) and with individuals and teams to teach them to release toxins, reduce stress and anxiety (amongst other benefits) I appreciate Nora so much. After listening to her I am reminded finding your elusive ‘purpose’ is about knowing what you do not want and moving towards what you find fulfilling.
