Let's be real: The average person does not need to be in athlete shape, and does not need to spend hours working out. On the other hand, there's no doubt that exercising - meaning, engaging in a formal workout program of some kind - is very beneficial to our health, and enables us to live 'better.' This is scientifically proven, and, quite frankly, visibly obvious. The main need of the physical body is MOVEMENT, and way more than the average person is used to. And while I would recommend that you have at least a small workout routine for the added health benefit, what you really need to be thinking long and hard about is, "how do I radically change my life around such that MOVEMENT is natural?"
