Gilly shares about her journey to becoming a yoga teacher, to finding spaces where she feels belonging, and the power of self-compassion through yoga.

Gilly then completed her yoga teacher training as a addition to this page and has been teaching for 2 years in her hometown. She has studied elements of somatic therapy , trauma informed yoga, energy anatomy and hopes to continue her studies into a 500 hour teacher training.
