In this week’s episode of Form, Function, and Flow Lab, I talked about some easy tips and tricks on how to help stimulate our lymph system at home. This stems from the fact that I just taught the first in-person yoga class since the beginning of the pandemic. One of the people in that class mentioned she was training for a race and she’s been feeling like her legs are heavy and congested. So, she wanted to know if I had suggestions regarding her concern as to better lymphatic movement.

That is why I want to share these tips and tricks with you. Doing these things on your own, daily and consistently, will be very beneficial than just coming to see me once a month.
