In this week’s episode of Form, Function, and Flow Lab, I talked about stretching. Lots of my patients think that stretching is super beneficial that’s why they do a lot of it. However, I do not recommend just doing static stretching. There are three different kinds of stretching and I wanted to share about them so you can be aware of which is the best type that you can practice.
