Brett sees a big jump in improvement in his workout quality and Joel completes his first non stop 10+ km threshold in about a year. Brett & Joel then chat with the other third of Grattan House - Riley Wolff. Riley takes us through a week of his training, while balancing full-time work, as he puts the final touches on his marathon training block.
