I’m Karli, and I’m so glad you’re here!
In this episode, I share a guided meditation designed to help you reconnect with your inherent worth and lose those feelings of “not enough.”

Affirmations are powerful, my friend. Use them to replace negative thought patterns and help you feel grounded in your truth: you are enough, you are worthy, and you are whole.
Hit play whenever that mean girl in your head tells you you're not enough.

Don’t forget to have your journal or notebook handy—I’ll offer a writing prompt at the end to help you capture what comes up for you during this meditation.
