In this episode, Chi and Amber introduce and discuss some everyday financial stressors that farmers and their families face. While many of these stressors fall outside an individual's control, Chi offers some stress management techniques for dealing with these stressors, along with some proactive suggestions to mitigate the effects of financial strain.
