I did KAMBO! For many of you who may not of heard of it, I wanted to do a deep dive into what it is, why I did it and what my experience was like. I had lots of messages on my Instagram to share the inside scoop. I had an absolutely wonderful experience and I dont hold any details back in this episode. I also share at the end some insights from my experiences of using and trying many different spiritual tools and healing modalities and what I have found is the most important when choosing to use any of these in your own life.
