Today I interview Love and Relationship coach, Stefanos Sifandos on how to know when your relationship has reached it's expiry date or not. We discuss when you are going through a rough phase in your relationship (ie; more arguments, less tolerance, more stress, less sex), how do you know if it's best to stay in the relationship and use this time to learn, grow, strengthen and keep supporting your partner, or if it's time to end the relationship because it's no longer in alignment anymore. Notice how Stefanos uses the term "challenging" in a relationship versus "difficult". A healthy relationship can be challenging, but should not constantly feel difficult. One other thing that didn't come up in the interview but I think is a great option to consider when you're in doubt of staying in or leaving a relationship, is to take a break. Have some time to be physically separated from each other and see how each of you feel while you're not in each others presence after a while. You can check out Stefanos's work on his website at: https://shor.by/stefanossifandos Or find him on instagram @stefanossifandos Watch my podcasts on YouTube at youtube.com/elevateyoursoulpodcast
