The year 2022 has been filled with ups and downs for me, and I’m sure many of you feel the same way. One of the things that kept me going this year was the inspiring words of wisdom shared by the guests who came on the show. Their words encouraged me, comforted me, and gave me the tools to move through all the curve balls that life threw my way.
