2024 was the year of recognition for dramatic changes and who else better to do that than Billie Groom. The launch of the Institute of Canine Psychotherapy was much more than the launching of a one-of-a-kind institute - it represents the movement toward positioning pet parents and impactful professionals as leaders in the canine behavior and animal welfare realms.
2025 is becoming the year to demand more! Pet professionals cannot succeed in this industry by simply being popular, following mainstream, and continuing to divide the industry, blame pet parents, and drive away progress. Pet parents, having an allegiance only to their dog, family, and community expect more from their trainers, and pet professionals need to provide the solutions.
