"When we are confused and have no choice left but forcefully trying to think and visualize about whatever is happening at that time or what will be the consequences of our action in future then we sink deep inside a dark space of worries and anxieties; a place where if you stay for an hour but you have actually stayed for a day, a month, or a year .... somewhere or the other many people suffer but some people are just unaware about the act or the definition or just a name is hidden.

So, Now Solutions -
You have to first of all Stop whatever you are thinking, I SAID WHATEVER! and then you have to be focused! and stay quiet for the rest of your process completion stage, Try to collect yourself back By breathing good (full stomach), relax your senses with no thoughts of any kind in your brain, just you and your senses coming back in form, no irritation, no worries, no incoming and outgoing of negativity, just you- your breathing voice with minimal chanting of you calling yourself back in form - "who you are"..... That's it!

conclusion of 1st Step:
It actually helps to stop the release of negativity and clogging of Toxic thoughts in your brain that are actually of no use but using your time to squeeze your rest of the precious working and relaxing hours. It holds you back (helps you come back to your senses and normalizes you to a fresh start with something again(that is a further step)).
