In this episode of Decontextualized Podcast, Natalia Rachel is joined by Shalini Verma, director of program management, Google. Shalini shares how she brings her learnings from her children and her family into her work, which requires her to work on her self in order to be a better leader. She refers to research in the field, and speaks about how we see the world is viewed through the lens of our traumas and experiences.
