Have you ever said to yourself: "Woow, leading is sooo hard! How do I do this?"

If yes, you're not alone. Leadership is one of the most intricate and complex skills that take years to develop. So take a deep breath and tune into this episode and learn from Regina how you can become a better leader yourself.

Regina Huber has worked in and out of the corporate world for many years and throughout her experience, she's been able to study leaders and discern what makes great leaders great and how can one become a better leader.

In this episode, Regina and I dive into her biggest lessons from travel, we uncover the parallels between dance and business and talk in length about leadership, what makes great leaders great, and how to reinvent yourself. We discuss natural gifts women possess which are great for business and both of us rejoice over the stories and impact of Pippi Longstocking.

Regina Huber is a multicultural and multilingual leadership coach & consultant, sought-out international speaker on a variety of topics, and author of a book, Speak up, Stand out and Shine. Regina is the founder and CEO of Transform Your Performance company through which she empowers others to grow in their career and elevate their leadership skills.

In the first part of her career, Regina has held management positions at the Boston Consulting Group and spun up new offices in multiple countries in Europe. Today, Regina is heavily invested in supporting leadership development efforts around the world. She’s the Deputy Director for Education & Head of Leadership Institute at AIRO (African Intellectual Resource Organization), and a Member of the Advisory Board of two foundations based in Nigeria and Australia, among many other organizations she has been supporting.

This is an incredibly inspiring, heart-warming, and fun conversation. Tune in and share this with someone who needs to hear it. I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did.
