Hey yall! This week we are joined by our good friend, Ryan Kassim. Ryan has been on Cut The Crap a few times now, and this time he joins us as we talk about mental health, and more specifically, men's mental health.

Ryan Kassim is a health coach and mental health advocate who has done the work and embraced change in his own life, and shares his story with us in what was a really moving conversation.

There is still a stigma attached to mental health and we are here to help break that stigma and raise awareness for mental health. We get into some deep conversations about our family histories, therapy, addiction, and so much more.

If you struggle with mental health, we want you to know that it's ok to not be ok. If you need a friend to talk to, our DM's are always open.

This episode is in honor of our friend, Chris O’Donnell. Your work here on Earth will always be remembered as you broke the norms and raised awareness to mental health issues that so many people struggle in silence with. You fought against cyber bullying, toxic gym culture, and toxic masculinity. For that, we thank you.

Rest In Peace Chris.
