This episode the CB duo dives into one of their favorite subjects .... personality tests! Specifically, the Enneagram test (you can take it here: https://www.truity.com/test/enneagram-personality-test). It is probably no surprise that Divya and Ravisha are both Type 2's, known as the "Helper" or "Empath". Naturally as two women in healthcare who started a podcast to spread mental health awareness, discuss stigmatized topics, and help people feel less alone, this is down their ally!

They start by discussing how each type deals with stress and decision making, drawing from their own lives and examples of others. They reflect on how their readiness to support others, empathy, and self-sacrifice though parts of their personalities that they love, are also aspects that can lead to emotional burnout. Divya shares one of her favorite songs about Type 2s, and the two get emotional listening to it *warning you will need a tissue* (find the song here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aTilJNFgKYw)

They then go through an article that inspired the episode, on how "childhood wounds" can influence what you discuss in therapy as each Enneagram type. They reflect on how they think patterns are formed and about people in their lives who have those personality types. The ending of the episode finishes with Divya sharing her knowledge as a licensed psychotherapist on the evidence behind personality tests (especially the ones you are probably most familiar with)!

This is a fun and light hearted episode, so dive in with us!
