The Comparison Game - a game that none of us want to play, but can sometimes find ourself falling into. I know we have all been there, scrolling on social media or hearing through the grapevine that someone we know just went on a grand trip or got a crazy promotion. That inner dialogue might start tearing us down with thoughts of inadequacy or jealousy. The Comparison Game doesn't benefit anyone, especially not you, so lets look into some ways we can prevent and pull ourselves out of this negative spiraling game that we didn't even want to play in the first place!
