It can be a dangerous job if done wrongly. Your parents will stare blankly at you while you explain what your job is… Having worked in Agile for more than 8 years, I’ve learnt things that you wouldn’t believe to be true. How could they be after all? During the talk I look at 7 things I would have loved to have known before becoming an Agile Coach. I had to learn them the hard way, hopefully you don’t have to.
