Cross-border recognition is where every good restructuring deal hopes to end. Recognition was historically a more clearcut part of a restructuring process, but in a post-Brexit world, with the advent of restructuring plans (in the UK and across Europe), and the rule in Gibbs potentially in doubt, the apple-cart may have been upset.
