Does the idea of meditating make you want to roll your eyes? Take a nap? Punch yourself in the face? We get it, and so does Mark Price. Our first ever male guest humbly joins us to talk about Vedic Meditation, also known as TM (Transcendental Meditation), and how incorporating this practice into your daily routine can help with stress, sleep disturbances, aggression, and many of the other perimenopausal symptoms we often discuss. If you're thinking this is too "woo woo" for you, too time-consuming, or that you can just use an app on your phone and get the same results, please give the episode a listen. Mark has an amazing sense of humor and is not trying to be your guru, and what he has to say may be the thing that convinces you to incorporate what has been a life-changing practice for both Ellie and Julia.
