As you were trying to get back to sleep, you started thinking about your to do list, emails you need to respond to, other expectations of you from others and you’re wondering how you’re going to make it through the day (sigh). In today’s show, I will share with you five ways you can break free from the negative thoughts that you start thinking about while you’re still in bed. Let’s do this.
