Do you remember hearing the old announcement that went like this..."Elvis has left the building!" When Elvis' entourage would make this announcement, the audience would feel sad and disappointed because they knew that they now had no chance of meeting their favorite entertainer. Now, imagine what happens when God leaves because He is rejected by you, or you continue to surround yourself with the ways of the world (sin)? If you remember, where sin is present, Holy will not be present. And when God is not present there is nothing but darkness, a world full of brokenness and deceit. Without God's presence, people begin to feel lonely, heartbroken, lost, and vulnerable. Are allowing God to feel welcome in your life or are you slowly causing Him to depart because of your ways? Only you and God can truly answer that question. Continuing with our new series called 'The Ezekiel Overview' (A Study of the Book of Ezekiel), during tonight's teaching, Pastor Ben explains what happened when the Glory departs the temple. If you are interested in attending our live teachings (Wednesdays @ 7:00 pm & Sundays @ 10:00 am), please visit us at 4218 Boston Ave. Lubbock Texas.
