This week, we’re getting into Ayanna’s healing journey that has included therapy at an age as young as 8 years old, the unexpected development of a phobia anxiety disorder, and the positive impact of having parents who were just as determined as she was when it came to finding an effective & supportive therapist. If there’s one persistent truth throughout this session, it’s that our families/communities play such an important role in our movement towards well-being. SO, take off yo shoes and relax yo feet as Ayanna reminds us that the simple act of making space for our most authentic selves can be all of the self-care that we need.
