The American political ecosystem has been rife with uncertainty since the pandemic, and private higher education institutions have felt the ripples of tightening government regulations.

That’s why Barbara Mistick, President of the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities (NAICU), argues schools need to start sharing student stories with elected officials.
