In episode three, Migraine and Exercise, host Debbie Hutchinson is joined by former Irish international football legend Tony Cascarino who lives with migraine, Dr Edward O'Sullivan, director of the Cork Migraine/Headache Clinic and Julie Sugrue, clinical specialist physiotherapist at the University of Limerick Hospital Group with a special interest in migraine. This episode will take a deep dive into the benefits of exercise for those who live with migraine, but also examines what alternatives there may be if physical activity is a trigger for migraine.
