Today’s guest, Dr. Sara Szal Gottfried, is calling for a revolution in women’s health. Our culture is not set up to support female biology and it shows. The rates of depression, insomnia, Alzheimer’s and autoimmunity in women are staggering—it’s beyond time to turn this around. We meet at dawn…

In this episode you’ll learn:

* The leading cause of hormone imbalances

* How our culture is making women sick

* The outsized impacts of trauma on women’s health

* What psychedelics offer for healing on all levels

* How to reclaim your health as a woman

* And more…

Over the past two decades, Dr. Gottfried has seen more than 25,000 patients, and specializes in identifying the underlying cause of her patients’ conditions to achieve true and lasting health transformations, not just symptom management.
