Do you feel like you've got hundreds of ideas of what cakes and bread to make for your baking business but struggle to find it really hard to choose?
I remember when I first opened my café, I had lots of ideas of what I wanted to make, but when it came to working out what cakes to put on the counter, I found it really hard to narrow it down.
I'm a naturally creative person so my biggest challenge was that I wanted to bake everything all the time! However, when it came to baking for my business, I had to learn how to focus my creativity.
