Have you ever experienced tooth pain that radiates from your mouth to your jaw and even to your face, causing excruciating pain and discomfort? It's a pain that you wouldn't wish on your worst enemy.
Just like a root canal, our trauma also has a root that can cause pain and discomfort that radiates throughout our lives. From the moment we are born, we start developing roots that shape our values, personalities, and attributes. Unfortunately, some of us are dealt a difficult hand from birth, which can lead to emotional, sexual, psychological, and physical abuse. The trauma we experience can be buried, processed, or just ignored, but it never really goes away. It affects our decisions, thoughts, and feelings, leaving us with doubts, lack of confidence, and fear.
This is where Empowered Transformational Healing comes in. By owning who we are and seeking empowered guidance, we can begin the journey of healing that is full of rollercoasters, but it's worth it. We can liberate ourselves from the pain and discomfort caused by our trauma roots and start living a life free of doubt, fear, and lack of confidence. Just like a root canal can repair the damage caused by tooth decay, seeking help for our trauma can repair the damage caused by our painful roots.
