Wedding photographer Nathan Chanski makes a case for depth as well as reach when it comes to community. The thing is, if you want to build a business that lasts, you need to create a solid foundation, and the way you do this is being someone that your community knows, likes, and trusts. You have to provide value. You need to show up with all your quirks and vulnerabilities.

With almost 90,000 followers, Nate has learned how to create a successful online community and he shares so many incredible tips with us today. We talk about how to navigate the balance between providing education and information, how to be funny, when to be serious, and how to gather a group of people who want to be positive, support each other, learn from each other, and rally around a cause.

If you want to learn how to create the kind of community you want to be a part of, from the ground up, this is the episode for you.
