    Announce a specific goal, stick to it, and celebrate the completion to build accountability and confidence.
  2. Practice Delaying Gratification
    Start small, like waiting to eat fries until you're home, and progress to larger challenges to train patience.
  3. Commit to a 30-Day Tiny Task
    Choose a simple habit, like drinking water every morning, and follow through daily without compromise.
