Unlock the healing power of therapeutic movement practices with me, Jennifer Hess Mitchell, your host for this soulful journey. We start by connecting with our breath and setting an intention. We pay close attention to our physical sensations, emotions, thoughts, and senses and move methodically through the head, neck, and shoulders. Throughout this practice, we remain present and connected to our breath.

Together, we explore how to use breath to bring awareness to our bodies and surroundings, guiding you through twisting, swaying, and forward folding movements. This practice is accessible to all and invites you to pause in stillness, anchoring yourself in the present moment. This episode is your unique opportunity to practice movement and self-connection.
