Lydia Dent is inspiring. She experienced cauda equina syndrome 7 years ago following a life as professional swimmer in her younger years, now a specialist nurse and living a very healthy lifestyle. She goes onto experience CES, start her recovery journey to have 5 more spinal surgeries, with the solution being a spine fusion. In April this year she is running a marathon following everything she has gone through. Lydia never gave up and did everything in her power to create the life she wants to live on her terms.
