: -Listen to and trust your instincts when it comes to bullying, because it's not worth it -It's okay to feel upset when somebody bullies you, but know that it's not worth letting that bully affect you negatively: so standing up for yourself and others is important. You should be kind, listen to their opinion, be present, and be yourself when in a relationship. Make sure to be kind, ask questions, don't be rude to someone, be interesting and keep being friends with them.: You can create a safe and respectful environment for yourself by being understanding and listening to people, not being judgmental, and being able to walk away from the situation.: Explains how people can be kind and respectful to each other, even if they are different.
