Clothes out, shoes on, lets go for a walk for both the body and mind. Today once your laces are done up, lets take you with us for a walk; we chat all about the benefits for us, the benefits on the brain and mental health, how it fuels our day as individuals and as mums looking after little ones and our secret to ensuring you get out and make it happen. No excuses.

Before we hit record on this one, we went out for a walk together. As enjoyable as it was, we do reveal we prefer to walk alone! We have inspired you guys by simply doing us; by getting out and walking most days. So, this episode is for all of you. We love that we have inspired you without meaning to.
