On this episode I speak with Kristin Longacre about her experiences initially when her son was diagnosed with food sensitivities and later when she herself was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Living in the US, Kristin found only minimal resources to help her understand the gluten free diet. After struggling to eat gluten free Kristin decided to become a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach specializing in helping others to master both the gluten free diet and lifestyle.
