Today I share how we can identify burnout early and some tips of things to put into place to maintain daily, weekly and monthly. In high stress level careers we often think the best option is to just push through but once you’ve reached a mental breakdown it can take weeks or even months to break out of the cycle. Prioritizing this is more than just for yourself. Your children are also watching you and if they see their parents constantly stressed and in chaos, they will also absorb those feelings. This is for your future, family and their mental health as well. We can do this together! I hope this conversation brings light and encouragement to your day!

Today I share how we can identify burnout early and some tips of things to put into place to maintain daily, weekly and monthly.
