Kathleen O’Hara, MA, LPC, is a psychotherapist and senior consultant to families, individuals, and family offices. She is the Founder of Integral Health Services, and specializes in helping individuals and families navigate the complex issues of living in the 21st century, including mental health, relational issues, difficult family dynamics, personal growth/development, life-stages, finding meaning and purpose, and building anti-fragility in an ever-changing world.

She is an expert in crisis management, and is the author of A Grief Like No Other, a classic resource to help people cope with a sudden or violent death of a loved one, and has helped many families during the crisis of an unexpected death.

In her advocacy work, she has helped organizations worldwide develop better programs and policies for victims of crime, and is a consultant for the US Department of Justice, and has spoken at the UN for the International Day for Women and Girls in Science in 2016, 2017, and 2020.
