Do you ever have trouble following through with your commitments or actually DOING the things you said you were gonna do (even when you reeeeally want to do them?) If you’ve ever felt like you're great at setting goals or intentions, but then NOT so great at actually following through with them, then chances are, deep down you might not have enough BELIEF in yourself to show up. Why? Because most of us continually break promises to ourselves throughout our lives, (even simple TINY ones!) which actually leads us to LOSE TRUST in ourselves. And when we don’t believe that we’re capable of the change or transformation we want to create, we’ll create ALL sorts of resistance around it! We might procrastinate. Or take one step towards what we want and then stop. So in today’s episode, I’m sharing a super simple, easy and straightforward daily practice that will help you build trust in yourself one small step at a time! When you implement this tiny daily habit, you're fundamentally enhancing your belief in your ability to manifest REAL changes in your life … which means that you will naturally stay in integrity with your goals and intentions SO THAT they can manifest.
