The summer can be tricky as far as finding momentum. Our rhythms and schedules are off, not to mention it's a stop, start timeline with traveling for vacation. The weather can also play a big role in motivation. We may be enjoying the sunshine, but the heat can leave us feeling deflated, unmotivated, and lethargic. So how do we snap out of summer vacation mode into productivity mode? After all there are still tasks and projects that need to get accomplished, kids who need to be shuttled around, and managing the household. In this episode we will tackle three easy steps to supercharge your productivity and get your motivation back on track. Grab that coffee, your favorite notebook, and let’s dive in!
