Breathwork Techniques Can Actívate The Immune System For Good

In this episode I tackled a few breathwork techniques. I was inspired by my own morning practices and by some of my clients who had applied these techniques. We feel and sense the results of doing breathwork in our bodies and it’s been amazing, no just because we feel more relax and in control of our emotions when we are in stress mode, but because it seems also to activate our immune system. Breathwork gives mental clarity, nitric oxide production, more aerobic capacity. In this episode I talked about the necessity to be a team with the three elements that composed our soul: Mind, Body and Spirit. Neglecting one of them is like one team member wants to shine leaving the other two alone. Nobody is complete or whole giving the physical body all our attention, and neglecting the other two, the spirit and the mind. It is very simple just beginning with 15 mins a day.
