Uncomfortable emotions used to control my day and how I viewed myself. The most frustrating part was that I really was doing my best to feel them and let them go - but any progress was either minimal or short lived. I’d tried self help books, journaling and letting myself cry, so I was extremely confused about what I was doing wrong. Today is a completely different story. Solving uncomfortable emotions has become my comfort zone!
