Routines are a complete game changer when it comes to finding more time in your day as a busy mom. And having a morning routine will set you up for success if you want to have more energy and be more productive in your day. Follow my morning routine or create a routine stack that is perfect for you. But I always want to encourage you to schedule a workout in your morning routine so you can live the fit mom lifestyle that you have been wanting to live.
