Today’s episode is another OMGosh-er! I’m still in Kenya and it seems that the themes of these recent episodes are aligning in such a beautiful way despite being recorded months apart. I’m in conversation with Bridget Ferguson who is the most magical intimacy and rewilding coach who went from living a stodgy, planned life to a decades long wild adventure that took her all over the world experiencing amazing cultures, pushing out of her her comfort zone, fun flings, and having the most delicious unfolding of coming back into her body, reclaiming her own sacred sexuality and pleasure, and awakening a current of electric energy in her body that transformed her from living as an observer to her own life to being the leading lady and fully embodying the whole ride. It’s really inspiring and I know you will want to listen in.
