Manage episode 364152449 series 3404972
Inflation, supply chain issues, the price of gas and groceries have all had impacts on families, just another aftermath of COVID and now that the Public Health Emergency (PHE) has ended as of May 11, 2023, we continue to get back to a life of normalcy, but here is what I know is true, that normalcy will never be the same.
While we will likely continue to experience the ever rising costs some good has come from it too with people rethinking their career and opting to pursue things they never have before or working that 4 day work week, perspectives have definitely changed. That said the isolation and lack of social activity has impacted our mental health like never before. We hear the stories on the news and see the impacts on our communities.
It’s important to understand the impact and even more important to understand the options and resources available for you!
