TheCase.Report - An Irish Emergency Medicine Podcast

It's hard to believe we're almost a month into the New Year. But it's not too late for resolutions if the gym pass has only been used once - and this episode might encourage you to make one focused on your own wellbeing that doesn't involve weights (and will actually teach you how to do it)! Conor sat down with Dr Una Kennedy and Dr Pádraic Dunne to discuss the NEMTP EMWellbeing Project - which is now live for sign ups from all CSTEM / ASTEMs (with plans to make it available to all trainees in future). There will be a webinar next Wednesday the 5th of Feb, and we got a sneak preview of what the programme entails, and why there's something for each and every trainee within it. Right then, let's get to it! Listen now on Spotify , Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts, and as always, be sure to follow along with the show notes at thecase.report and on socials Bluesky , Instagram , Facebook and X to keep updated with all things TCR.…
