The holidays are one of the hardest times of year to adhere to our health and fitness goals. You’re probably torn between enjoying the food and drink but also wanting to not totally void your progress you’ve created this past year.

Thankfully, RoseAda White joins the show this week to give us the scoop on how to both enjoy the holiday festivities AND do so without undoing all our hard work.

RoseAda is a trained chef, personal trainer and nutrition coach dedicated to helping her clients take a holistic approach to tackling their health goals. In this powerful episode, she gives actionable advice (including things to say to others!) to keep yourself in control this holiday season.

In this episode you will learn:

  • How when we judge the food we eat, we’re actually judging ourselves, and why that matters.

  • Why it’s better to view food as whether or not it supports your goals, vs “good” or “bad.”

  • Why cultural ties to food matter, and why traditions should outweigh diets.

  • Why accountability requires a commitment if change is to occur.

  • How we think people care more about us than they actually do, and why that paralyzes us from making forward progress.

  • Why setting and honoring our own boundaries is the only way to get others to take them seriously.

  • And much, much more
