Creativity and abundance start with listening to yourself and calling forth what it is you actually desire. Many of us don’t take the time to do so - and when we do, we make it wrong!

Kelli Gendalå joins the podcast this week to discuss exactly how and why this internal reflection and work matters in honoring what our inner child wants, and how to unleash them for our creative benefit.

Kelli is a hair stylist, performance artist, actor and coach who has designed her life around authentic creation, and is a champion for other people learning to do the same.

You owe it to yourself to bring forth what your authentic self wants to create!

In this episode you will learn:

  • The importance of listening to yourself and what you desire, and how that is constantly changing.

  • How “slowing down” allows us to speed up in all facets of our lives.

  • Why it’s important to maintain our sovereignty over our emotions, and how we can harness this sovereignty to make the best decisions for our lives.

  • Why it’s important to reconnect with our inner child, even if it’s frightening to do so.

  • The subtle ways in which society and social settings prevent us from being our most authentic selves.

  • How emotions are actually creative energy if we allow them to be, but it requires us honoring our lived experiences in order to use them as such.

  • How monetizing what we’re good at can actually harm our creativity, and disconnect us from what we really want.

  • How releasing attachment to what things have to look like increases our creativity and allows us to attract the abundance we desire.

  • And much, much more
