The Front Lines of Public Perception with Ateret Violet Shmuel.
Ateret Violet Shmuel is what one would call a social justice warrior. She is a Jewish mother, writer, educator and international human rights and Indigenous rights advocate. Ateret has dedicated her life to creating partnerships with indigenous peoples as the director of Indigenous Bridges USA, and co-director for Indigenous Bridges International. In this week’s episode, Ateret and I define terms such as indigenous, antisemitism and blood libel as well as discuss what we can do to combat antisemitism in our communities.
